Visit of students to the Brodarski Institute
On February 4, 2022, as part of a project funded by the Croatian Science Foundation (CSF) entitled “Sustainable slow steaming for low carbon shipping”, led by prof. dr. sc. Nastia Degiuli, students visited the Brodarski Institute and attended a self propulsion test of a bulk cargo ship model with design draft. Head of the Maritime Technology Sector mr. sc. Marta Pedišić Buča, B.Sc. marine engineer and also a collaborator on the Croatian Science Foundation project gave a lecture to the students on the history and importance of the Brodarski Institute. The purpose of the visit was to attend the process of preparation and implementation of experimental tests in marine hydrodynamics.
